An image I occasionally come across that I find sobering; any leads to the artist?
I've come across this image a few times now, but it's always on imgur or a similar image hosting site. I have no idea who the artist is aside from enigmatic the -Garcia- 16 in the corner. I've tried doing a reverse image search, but it gives me information about Joe Rogan and Jordan Peterson, which I feel isn't really relevant.
Does anyone have any information on this image?
