Juice fruit: Is it healthy or not?

Fruit is one source of food for humans. Fruits contain fiber, calories, vitamins, antioxidants, water and more. When we consume fruits it will help the digestive process, meet the calories of the body, increase the freshness of the body and help the body's metabolism. Therefore, consuming fruit is highly recommended. And most fruits are consumed freshly.

Fruits are consumed in various formulas. There are fruits that are consumed whole, chopped, sliced, or made in the form of juice and fruit cream.

Is consuming fruit juice healthy or not?
I think this question is rarely understood by us. Because we believe every fruit consume must be healthy. But we rarely pay attention to the procedure of manufacture and presentation. Usually fruit juice is made by adding more sugar and milk. Why? Because, most of us like the taste of sweet and legit. In fact, added sugar can increase sugar consumption for the body. We know that the fruits have their own sweetness. So that the addition of sugar can affect the health of the juice connoisseur. At least the level of sugar in the body will increase. And it is not easy to be neutralized by the fruits that come with it. Likewise with the addition of milk, at least will give an effect that is almost the same as the sugar.

So I suggest, in the presentation of fruit juice should not add sugar or milk. Even if you want to add sugar and milk should be reduced the amount and volume. That is my opinion. thanks.
