Once I was in the accommodation of university with my friends in Algeria, we were hungry and we can’t go outside. How can we deal with the problem?... the solution is cooking. We chose EL BOURAK——an amazing food. And it's easy to make.

Okay, you can put potatoes, tuna, cheese, eggs, pepper together and then make them hot. After that, wrap it with EL Bourek paper. Leave it 15 min in hot oil. Hamm very delicious, very crispy…. Enjoy ^_^!!

I don’t know if there is BOUREK in other countries and what the people from different countries call it. I have a Chinese friend who told me they call it “Spring roll”. It’s good that there is BOUREK in china. So how about you?
