Why is it that we judge a selfie?
Why do we take them in the first place?

To show others what we look like ... yes
To document how you feel... yes
To remind yourself of what you used to look like many years from now ... yes
To show that you are proud of who you are and what you look like ... yes

For me it’s to document a moment in time, a moment where I feel good about myself. It’s easy to get lost in the whirlpool of your negative thoughts. But during the times that you actually like the way you look, whether it’s with or without makeup, take the selfie. Remind yourself that you are beautiful no matter what you tell yourself.
