What to Study to Become a Billionaire?

in #lifestyle7 years ago

Remember the lyrics of Bruno Mars’ famous ‘Billionaire’ song?

“I wanna be a billionaire so freakin’ bad...

" What should you do if you want it so bad? There is a belief that college drop-outs become more successful than those who graduate, however studies show the opposite.

Is it just luck or inheritance or good education and hard work? It could be a combination of all these factors. What does one do to become a billionaire? What does one study? Surely some university majors provide better chances of becoming successful than others.

To know which ones, the research had been conducted by a British recruitment agency Aaron Wallis Sales Recruitment, which analyzed Forbes' list of the 100 richest people in the world to reveal what major they had studied, what their first job was and how rich they eventually became.
Are you ready to find out what you need to study to be in the Forbes list? According to the report, 75 of the world's richest 100 people have a degree, and out of these 75, 22 studied engineering.
Fifty three among the top 100 started working in a non family owned business, with 19% starting as a salesperson and 17% as a stock trader. In the meantime, 17% of the world's top 100 billionaires started their careers by setting up their own business.

"Today we are seeing that nearly all of the top people in business are graduates and that a degree can be a great first-step into preparing you for your career ahead,"
