Family Planning on Moving

With the boom in the housing market here in the State of Florida, my family thinks we should put our humble mobile home on the market. Of course, that isn't important; The priority is that we are planning on moving to a property with more significant land to raise food crops.

Currently, my family lives in a mobile home community where we rent the land (at absolutely RIDICULOUS land rent). The neighborhood is quaint, but it does have a few Karens and nosy (not noisy) neighbors. Overall, the community is good, but it has poor management coming from the landowners of the complex. My family owns the mobile home; We bought it for cheap before the start of the pandemic. With the rise in home values, we said, "let's try to put it on the market."

The mobile home is a double-wide, with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen (w/ granite counters), and a large living room/dining room; The property also comes with a shed, a patio, and central A/C.

We have a realtor coming to scope out the property. Hopefully, we can get an appraisal to find the general value of the mobile home. Course we have got some cleaning up to do before they arrive. Until then, I won't be sharing any pictures until everything is official and we're prepping to leave the property.
