When I asked my wife she just laughed. (Mind you, we had already booked the priest, the venue, paid for airline tickets for friends to come etc etc etc)
She still hasn't said yes, even 5 years after the weeding day. ;-)
You and me both, brother!! Haha! That's such a hilarious story hahaha! If you have kids, maybe ask them to ask their mother. They might have better luck making her say yes! Best of luck with it, bud!
