Embracing Change (Part 1)

" The only thing that is constant in life is CHANGE."

Everything is always changing. It can be a bad and a good thing. This changes depends on how you want your life to be. We can create and push for change to happen. However, sometimes change can be terrifying. It solely depends on your perspective of change and the way you look at it. No matter what, we should always try to embrace change.

Embrace your change. Force your change.

Changes can suck, but there are also changes that are out of this world amazing. :)
It's life. Its the way we grow. Whatever happens, it either happen because of us or for us. The goods and the bads. It either teaches us a lesson or bless us. Change can always be changed. For instance, if you used to have a good habit of sleeping early, but now due to assignment and work you are only sleeping at 3 in the morning. You can still change this bad habit by finding time to complete your assignment while being able to go to bed early. That's your priority.

However, there are things that we cannot control. Hence, the only way through it is to accept it ad not let it control you. Know that in every situation, we an control our perspective.

Shake things up! Change your environment! Live it up for your life! Be confident to change your life! Do it for yourself! Accept the good and the bad! Chin up, heads up and smile :)
