Anxiety can lead to depression. You'll have self-hate. You'll be down and sad. You'll cry for no reason. You'll feel like the world is against you and you are on your own. Don't let it this happen. Don't let your anxiety turn into depression. Fight it. Do something about it. Find a cycle to avoid being triggered.Stop listening to the pessimist side of your head. Think positive and tell yourself that it's okay to not worry about it. Fighting back with the positive part of your brain may be like swimming against a strong current, but don't give up. It's possible. See the truth for what it is. See life as what it is.
