Toxic relations : freedom can only exist when love also existssteemCreated with Sketch.

If a person falls in love in a way that is harmful to them, then they will carry this ailment with them till the very end of their days. Harassment, ridicule, and manipulation are all destructive to her sense of self-worth and her capacity to make decisions independently.

Having a low self-esteem, the need to save the person you love, the position of an assumed victim, the desire to be supported at any cost, the desire to play a specific social role, and the fear of going forward in life are all factors that explain these toxic relationships, which simply become unsolvable on their own.

When one or both of the persons in a relationship are in a toxic relationship, they suffer much more than they enjoy being together.

Both of them, or occasionally both of them at the same time, are subject to a great deal of moral wear and tear as a result of the fight that they are going through to maintain the life of their connection. Both parties are capable of exhibiting these characteristics and experiencing moral harassment at the hands of the other.

There is a toxic person in the relationship who always follows what they do because they simply are unable to give them space. This person plays the blame game for everything that occurs in the relationship.

One of her fears is that if she does this, the other person will find out that she is living in a relationship that is unhealthy. It is via her lack of trust, betrayal, and contempt that she is able to keep him under her control.

According to a passage taken from Paulo Coelho's book "Eleven Minutes," the following is a warning against this evil:

"Throughout the entirety of my existence, I have conceived of love as a form of enslavement that is obtained by consent. On the other hand, this is not the case: freedom can only exist in the presence of love.

Whoever offers themselves completely and who is able to experience freedom is the one who loves to the fullest. "And he who loves to the fullest feels free," the saying goes. When we are in love, however, we are each responsible for our own feelings, and we cannot blame the other person for those feelings.

Due to the fact that no one owns anyone, nobody ever loses anyone.
And this is the genuine sense of freedom: being able to possess the most significant thing in the world without actually possessing it.
In a nutshell, being free is a choice that each of us must make for ourselves.
