Are you looking for high-achievers who pay attention to details? They work hard, deal with problems, and are always nervous because nothing is perfect or satisfying. These people have high hopes for themselves, even though they are successful.

They would have been happy even if they were wrong! There are a lot of unknowns when you retrain, change jobs, or start your own business. There aren't many perfect scenarios.

When you're changing jobs, which can be rough, trying to be perfect doesn't help. Diplomacy is enough.

Make your goals clear and work hard to reach them. In order to make steady progress and, most importantly, act more easily and regularly towards your goals, you need to set goals that are attainable. If you finish these steps, you'll start a good circle of self-confidence:

Small wins give you more confidence.

Self-confidence drives people,

Get inspired to come up with new thoughts.

Think about taking things slowly.

You often can't make up your mind because your thoughts are racing so fast. You may find it hard to find answers because you have a lot of responsibilities. Has anyone ever tried to solve a maths problem while they were moving? I'm sorry, but I can't do what you want. There's no change.

Don't worry. Make bubbles to help you feel better. Relax and enjoy times when you're not in charge. Your skill won't get worse. During this time, retraining and job opportunities will continue.

Taking your mind off of things might help you connect with your feelings. The best way to figure out what you need is to look at how you feel. Not what you want, because you can't make your mind do what you want. What you need to be happy.

I also think people should be able to make small mistakes without feeling bad about it. A mostly good email, with rare late replies, unusual routes, and much longer reply times. Make it... Then think about:

I looked at this situation in what way?
What did I lose?
What did I get done?
What do I own? Enough knowledge?
How can I put what I've learned to use?

I don't like the idea of putting value on loss. It's always hard and delicate, a loss. It doesn't usually cause big trouble. That doesn't make you less valuable, though.

Diplomats pay attention to the little things and pick long, winding paths that rarely lead to success. Think about how much fun it would be to travel. There are benefits. It's very important. Your adventure will teach you a lot and make you happy.

Find interesting jobs, businesses, and exciting opportunities on your new trip. Your happiness will let you know that you are making good progress. The point of finding the right professional job is to learn more about yourself. Connect with yourself through this new chance.
