Can you change your life?

Do you think life change is impossible? Or that your age precludes it? Any questions about getting there?

No matter your age, colour, culture, religion, or background, you can alter your life. This is possible for everyone! It is true that individuals who wait too long must work harder. It doesn't matter how long it takes as long as you see your life changing every year.

You may simply identify areas for improvement with a few questions. Check everything you think is too much or too little.

You have too much of what? Excess weight.

Without enough of what? Example: money shortage.

You overdoing what? For instance, I obsess over my loved ones' issues.

Are you not doing enough? Insufficient fun, for example.

Also, what are you? As an example, I'm stressed.

You're not enough? For instance, I lack patience ⋅ e.

When you say TOO MUCH or NOT ENOUGH, you want to change a condition.

Exercise together. Choose the most desired change from your examples.

Current negative effects of this situation?

Consider your list carefully. More drawbacks mean more motivation to develop.

Questions follow:

Why should I update this? Want to accomplish what?

Give all your exciting responses and reasons. Don't limit yourself—you created yourself. The movie of your life is directed and produced by you. So you can make anything you want. Don't keep what you don't want; focus on what you do.

If you say don't dream in colours, why? Why shouldn't you be allowed?

After finishing this list, ask yourself:

What may go wrong if I achieve my goals? Probably wondering: Why unpleasant? Finally changing what I didn't like in my life will only have positive effects.

It's wrong. If you believed your aspirations would only bring you good things, they would be fulfilled. Putting your energy into your strongest thoughts creates your life. If part of you desires something and the opposite happens, your fear is larger than your desire.

Above all, don't judge yourself for having worries that prevent your goals. We all have this issue. Discovering your anxieties is crucial. Here are some: Fear of judgement by loved ones, the unknown, disappointment if a result does not last, unfairness to loved ones, etc.

The following step is the most crucial: allowing yourself to have concerns and have been unable to achieve your goals. Before reading, let this sink in.

You may resist being terrified, but it's the only way to improve your life.

Only acceptance brings transformation.

Spiritual acceptance is difficult to practise. You might think, If I accept my concerns and inadequacy, it will continue, and that's not what I want. Acceptance cannot be understood mentally, so I call it spiritual. We think accepting equals agreeing, but it doesn't.

To accept means to acknowledge, observe, and welcome, even if we disagree.

To agree is to share an opinion. A mental, intellectual concept.
