A Sweet Ending To A New Beginning : Graduation

in #life3 years ago

The final year of university is thrilling and challenging. This is our final year at our chosen university, and it will be our last time seeing many of our friends from the previous four years. This is the year we leave behind our youth and begin to grow in our chosen occupations. As a result, we must decide our post-graduation plans. We're continually taught we must know.

In reality, most of us have no notion what we want to do after graduation. We'll be lucky if we know what field we want to pursue. Especially those of us who do not pursue degrees in architecture, literature, or philosophy... "What will I do in my next life?" they'll ask themselves on graduation day. That's why we ask this question in a panic. But we don't need to know. It's not a bad thing that we haven't decided what we want to do yet. The terrible thing is not giving ourselves enough time to think, examine our own sentiments, and connect with our core.

Three, five, or ten years from now, we will wish we could go back to university. But, let's face it, college was no picnic. You can't believe how well we did in school and in job searches. Especially if we think it affects our social lives! We were so busy in college that we didn't realise how mentally weary we were until after graduation. We may become confused and burnt out after graduation because we are running at top speed till graduation.

Graduation can cause emotional and physical weariness. Humans aren't machines, and we need breaks. Assume your mind is a computer. Wouldn't you stop working if your PC overheated? Wouldn't you at least put a fan underneath it? Why not do the same for yourself before you start seeking for work? This time the questions are "Who am I?" and "What type of career do I want?" Can't you spend some time trying to find answers to your questions?

Humans are always changing, even if we can't work 24/7. Our recent life experiences have shaped and moulded us. This means that the "you" who started university is not the same person. You have changed and evolved in ways you may not be aware of. As a result, your hopes and dreams have evolved.

Even on the calmest days, campuses are raucous. That makes them great for change and growth, but not so great at observing and interpreting it. Classes, field trips, parties, internships, and other activities shape us, but they don't allow us to reflect. So, how can we design our route without first identifying who we are, our beliefs, and our goals and activities?

If you can, take some time after graduation to reflect on who you are, allowing your mind to rest and reflect.

Who am I? What do I like? How do I feel? Que es mi hab What did I learn about myself and my goals? Meditation is a terrific way to handle these difficulties without too much stress. Keeping a journal or taking notes might help you better understand your own ideas and tendencies. You'll discover new things about yourself and your abilities, and you'll be able to conduct experiments that will help you discover your life's goals.

If you can spare a few days or months after graduation, you will have done a great job getting to know yourself. But taking too long can hinder progress. While it's important to take time for yourself, it's equally important to move on when you're ready. That doesn't mean you should have decided by now. To fix this, you may want to try out different projects, activities, and jobs to see what works best for you. Experimenting with various ideas, situations, and employment is the best method to obtain knowledge and self-awareness.
