RE: Problems of our society

in #life6 years ago

Brutal images.

It's times like this when I wonder if man is civilised and not still savage. Of course, the setting here is Bangladesh and a world away from where I live but I know similar such dangers lurk just about anywhere man sets foot. It could just as easily be the UK or somewhere else in Europe or the US, even.

Maybe it'll come as cold comfort but people die all the time. Animals, too. We don't all get to reach ripe old ages. You have to take great care of yourself and those you love and then hope you get a fair amount of luck on top of that.

But that's life.

All societies are capable of great things and seeing their people flourish. But there is a seedier side to them all, too. Directly / indirectly leading to things like this. With the right sweeping laws, maybe humans can become more civilised but at times it feels we're trying to stem an arterial wound with a sticking plaster. We can only live in hope I guess and each do our bit to bring about change.

You just have to understand you're going to have to be brave as there will be many who don't particularly want your brand of change bringing in.

We're the most dangerous thing the planet has ever seen. Take care and be sure to never let yourself become desensitised to this kind of thing. We should all be ashamed.

Dubai security chief said something about Pakistanis and Bangladeshis, recently. Dawn.com writes:

This was Tweeted on April 1, 2018. Very recently. The Dubai security chief has clubbed the Bangladeshis and Pakistanis as a demography with higher criminal tendencies. You can read the whole thing HERE Dawn.com
