What's the flavor like? Does the beer add to the taste or the texture? I can't tell from the picture how it's different from regular roast chicken. Was this just an excuse to have half a beer? :D
Pairs of beer give tenderness and juiciness to meat. From inside the chicken was not rubbed with spices. Therefore meat inside had light beer flavor. As for the volume of beer in the bottle, it is always pleasant to drink a glass of beer, half the bottle is enough to create steam for cooking, and the main thing is that during boiling the beer does not flow from the bottle.
