How do you define success in your own term

I have asked several of my friend and stranger to define success based on their own word. The answer that I got was differ from mine. The personality, surrounding, way of life that makes the answer difference. I learned a new thing which is being difference is okay.

Understanding a thing in a different way is not a common thing in my society. Its an arguement between right or wrong. Sometime we understand a thing base on our own perception. Being difference is unique, so dont afraid to be difference. Just be yourself.

The first person I asked, shahrul,male 22 y/o. His education background high school. He said that people around him make fun of him because he didnt want to continued his studied. So he want to be successful by making a lot of money. With that he can show the people that he can succeed even without higher education.

Second person I asked Fatin female 25 y/o. Her education background is college degree. Currently worked as a sales person. She said success in her life is finding the right one and got married. Then having a child. She define success in aspect of love.

Then, Iqram, male, a 23 years old junior technician, he said that he already become successfull because he manage to achieve his own goal. Graduated from college and get a job. He also can be an independent person right now. The things that I would not forget is he just said that nobody can define our own success and we also cannot define others. Thus we should not to proved to other that we are successfull based on their judgement.

At first I actually dont understand what did I really want in my life. Maybe now I think I want to graduate with a good grade, getting a job make money, then I can help my parent a lil bit and after my financial stable I was planning to married ,make a bunch of kid. After that it was nothing. Maybe I dont think that far after I went 50s what should I do. Did I still exist in this world. Can I make a contribution to the people, to the society. We never knew the future. I'm just planning but if thing doesn't work well. I will go to the other plan. Life give us a choice so choose it well.

In conclusion, I got plenty of answers and I found that they answering this question based on their current situation and age. Its fun because I can heard others perspective about this. Maybe in the future, I would asking a different question.
