Very simple :
- every country shall not interfere in the internal affairs of another country unless it is mandated by UNO.
- Stop the occupation for racial reasons or whatever.
- stop killing others if you do not want to be killed

Remember the big amount of very dangerous Weapons of Mass Destruction?
There is a reason why the US only agreed to join the UN when their headquarter is in the US.
