What fantastic information! It never occurred to me with the extra precautions you take with your procedures and special diet balance that you would really gain some great knowledge on supplements.
I definitely need more iron and have never taken vitamin d as I should.

Iron with vitamin c especially with meat or iron-rich organ meats like liver and leafy vegetables Sir @zekepickleman and it will make you strong both physically and cognitively, not to mention boosting sleep quality, appetite and energy :D
