Astral Travel. What are? The fruit of our mind or detachment of our soul?

Hi guys, today I would like to deal with you the theme of astral travel or even better known as extracorporeal experience. This is a controversial topic that has many opinions about it. Those who say it is a natural biological effect that is difficult to explain to scientists, and the parapsychological one that has a more mystical meaning.
The OBE Experience
The word OBE out of body experience extracorporeal experience was introduced in 1943 by George Tyrrel in his book "Apparitions" and used by other scholars as an alternative concept to the end of the astral journey. So to study it from a more scientific point of view. The extracorporeal experience consists in the feeling of levitation and projecting out of your body, it is a subjective experience as a detachment from your physical body. Extracorporeal experience can also be attributed to post-mortem effects, after a trauma, or the use of certain drugs. Other cases, however, are induced to the conscious level through the meditation and the concentration of one's own "I". Spontaneous experiences are related to the paralysis of sleep and may occur before bedtime or after awakening, are also correlated after a major physical stress or during a major danger or under pressure, for example after a road accident. In this case we speak of bilocation, that is, the vision of something from a point of view outside of our physical body. Parapsychologists have identified different techniques for causing the phenomenon. And they can be divided into three modes. Mental induction, mechanical induction and chemical induction.

Sleeping easily without losing consciousness may be able to induce this phenomenon, he says that Tomas Edison used this technique to solve those problems he encountered while experimenting with his inventions. This typology has to do with the synchronization of our currents with external stimulation. Bineural waves can be used to induce specific frequencies of the waves. There are other methodologies such as electromagnetic induction or increased sensory stimuli such as intermittent high frequency delivery.
