KAEPERNICK, STOP MAKING HYPE AND DO REAL THINGS!
Colin Kaepernick is the QB for the SF 49ers, been a decent player back to 2012-2013 but with time grew weaker and weaker. Now he looks pathetic even if we speak about pre-season games.
But that's not the point of the post. The thing is that during one of the pre-season game recently Kaepernick refused to stand up for singing the USA National Anthem. His action was explained by Kaepernick himself as a protest against USA government policy toward black and people of color.
I am not going to stand up to show pride in a flag for a country that oppresses black people and people of color. To me, this is bigger than football and it would be selfish on my part to look the other way. There are bodies in the street and people getting paid leave and getting away with murder.
Okay, Kapernick, we got your opinion, a lot of people will agree with you, I personally totally agree with you. But let's analyze it and think it over, will it change something? Will it make something better?
Kaepernick has been good only for two years, and the last 2 seasons were a nightmare for him. He lost the battle for the starting QB to Blaine Gabbert, who was forgotten even by the freakiest fan of the NFL. Kaepernick got his guaranteed money in May and he thought how to extend his sojourn in the 49ers squad. Sure thing, he will not be the starter in the games, he isn't even a reliable second option. So, he decided, all of a sudden, make a protest against racism. Smart guy. 49ers management can't throw him out now, he would be a victim in this case. Many military and veterans support Kaepernick. Now he is the most scandalous and notorious sportsmand in the US.
Enough that trash talk, go do something if you are really that concerned about the lives of all black people in America!
Kapernick is a high-paid player, I'm sure, he can donate a lot of money to numerous organizations or create his own kind of charity company. At least, he could point all the weak places in the US policy and suggest a list of improvements. Finally, if he is so oppressed and discriminated, he could just pay for the citizenship of, let's say, the Dominican Republic like @dollarvigilante! What? Is that a problem?
He doesn't care about black people and people of color, except for himself. He just doesn't want to lose his job. And now, being a victim and being supported by a huge amount of respectable people, he would sit on a bench, I guess, all season long and get his money for nothing.
Nice move, Colin.
P. S. I'm against racism, but also against words without real proof. If you like the post, please, upvote and follow me! :) share your precious opinion in the comment section below

He is protesting police brutality not racism. Go take a look at Tamir Rice and Gil Collar. He seems to be against rogue cops and not all of law enforcement. He decided to give $1 million of his salary to organizations. Let's not rush to judge him just yet, unless you want to judge his on field performance, which looked better last night. See my post for more thoughts.
Yes, now he finally started doing something, donating 1 million dollars. It looks like he got an idea. And his field performance has improved too, yes. I had written this post two days ago, before he donated something. nevertheless, sitting when anthem playing is just a stupid decision, it doesn't change anything at all
