That is very true, indeed. However, I would take this a step further by adding that even your closest of friends shouldn't be the ones waking you up from your long sleep... It should only be you, and yourself, who has to do that at some point in your life.

Apart from this, I would say that yes, do fuck up. Live those moments and have those bad hangovers. Don't be afraid to make bad decisions, because it's still better than not making decisions at all! Make your fair share of mistakes - and then, eventually, learn from all that. If you don't witness the 'lows' in your life, you can never be ready for the 'ups' that are to be followed later.

So go out there.. do what you love. Don't be hesitant in taking risks. Be your own mentor, teacher and the closest friend. Know your weaknesses more than your strengths, and act accordingly. What's done is done, there are a lot of new horizons waiting for you!
