Politics is one of the most controversial topics one can ever be involved in. Every

leadership in the world in the past and present revolves around politics. To some,

it is a dirty game with dirty players and on the other hand, people view politics as

an essential attribute for any form of organization. Nonetheless, no matter how

politics is viewed, it still does not take away the fact that politics have existed in

different times and climes.

Politics involves decision making and how resources are allocated among

individuals with dissimilar interest. The reason why it has always been

controversial is simply because it deals with interests and conflictive interest to be

exact.

It is also important to remember that politics is not just confined in government

institutions; it can also be evident in families, offices, schools and even in

churches and mosques. Anywhere where decisions are made, politics exists.
