Is porn addiction a thing?
Studies in the neurosciences have revealed that porn may not be addictive like other addictions are. That is, the brain of an apparent ‘porn-addict’ is not like people who are suffering from drug or alcohol addiction. An official diagnosis of porn addiction also doesn’t exist. However, if you watch it excessively such that it affects your day to day activities, your relationships, your work and priorities, it needs an expert guidance.
