Nice weather today a little could but nothing important on the contrary because my body temperature was not as high as yesterday. I did a medium track compared to other days but I felt really good. The breathing better and improving. I'm very happy with the progress. Thinking about incorporating some more but no rush.

We treat a 5 dollars cat better than we try our 2 Billion dollars Body. Let's change that as of today.
