Good morning. Today is a great day, albeit Monday. I allowed myself to sleep more in the morning and make a delicious breakfast. Toast with egg ham and cheese baked in oven.
My wife and children were satisfied. the recipe is very simple. For one serving, you need four pieces of toast bread, two eggs, two pieces of cheese and ham. In two plates of bread we cut the middle. And on whole pieces of bread we spread ham and cheese on top. Bread without a middle we put the last. Fill with a foil baking tray and lay out toast. Put in an oven at 180°C. When cheese is melted, knock one egg out in the middle of the bread. After 10-15 minutes the breakfast is ready. Bon appetit.
