The reason why you need to control your emotions (What would you do when you caught your partner cheating)?

A certain day a man returns back from his work early, because that day their boss at work decides to give them an off day. When the man return's home and open his bedroom, suddenly he found his wife with another man on the bed.( Asked yourself at this time you has a human being what would you do or what would be your reaction, I think in your mind you have make a dangerous or horrible decision on what to do right? like I will call the police, I will shot them with a gun, I will divorce my wife, I will kill them, I will pull them naked on the street etc).

let go back to our story this man drop his bag and went out to the sitting room quietly, then the other man came out of the room and beg him, then the man told him to go. The woman was scared to go close to her husband, but him he pretend has nothing happen, he was living a normal live with her in the house he even eat her food, four days later the woman was not herself so she deiced to pack her things to live the house because she was scared of what the husband could do to her, because since that time he haven’t react about it and she is scared of approaching him to apologies, in order for him not to recall about it and get him into anger.
Then she changes her mind and makes a decision that she is going to beg for mercy no matter what he would do to her. When she went to him she kneels down and pleads for forgiveness. Then her husband said before I forgive is there any way that I have contributed to what you did? she was quit for a while and then said to her husband, “for the past month I was not myself because I don’t feel like a married woman any longer, due to the way you concentrate on your job, you always come back home late and you always tell me that you don’t have my time and you want to rest cause your work is important, so I was tempted to invite another man to our home to satisfied myself, I’m sorry I fool myself. the both went to a family counselor and the got there selves back to their normal life.

The story above is to help you understand about what is going to be stated here, human being is a creature that deals with emotion, in which the emotion can be either for good or bad intention. Sometimes we do fall into a trap or regretting of an action that we took over our emotions, for example the man’s wife taking an action which was cheating. There are some emotion that we just have to overcome no matter how for instance, the man who did not take any action when he saw his wife cheating. There is a word that say’s don’t take actions when you are angry, do not make promises when you are happy and also do not take decision when you are sad.

Had it being the man took some dangerous decision when he caught his wife cheating, he could get himself into prison or even commit a crime that is bigger than the one been committed by his wife, his decision for being silence was the best because everything was kept secret only him, the other man and his wife new about it. Because the shame could be on him also, because she’s his wife and also that was a better punishment for his wife because she was having a boarding in her heart and she was restless because she was expecting nothing but something painful from her husband and also she was with a boarding she could not share with somebody because of shame. Again we should try to understand if we contribute to the reason why a person offends us with this story remember that our emotion should not control us but rather we should overcome them.
