• Your life before steemit?

Well, my life has been as cheerful as ever. I always keep trying new stuff. I’ve been a serial entrepreneur with a lot of small start-ups in varied fields. For some years, I was on a break. And was volunteering my time in the field of Animal Rights ...spreading awareness about veganism, while living a minimalist life.

• How you introduced to steemit?

Perhaps sometimes I get lucky. Before I knew about Steemit, I used to gather most of my information googling up regularly. So this time, I was planning a startup in crypto arena. Therefore, I wanted to make myself familiar with the ongoing developments in the cryptoverse. While looking up several new projects, I found this interesting project which immediately caught my attention. And without a second thought I joined it. I was expecting it to be yet another social media project but still I wanted to delve in deeper to see what unique it has got to offer as compared to others. And boy, I just struck gold!

I soon discovered that Steemit was a huge ocean of ‘A’- grade information spanning diverse fields of knowledge along with quality interaction going on in comments. I was amazed to find so many super-intellectual people devoting their valuable time here. And there were all kinds of marine creatures ranging from planktons & red fishes to dolphins & whales ...even a terrestrial cheetah 😊! My curiosity in the presence of numerous bots & sophisticated analytical tools was enough to hook me here. And then I discovered so many interesting contests and giveaways going on here. I participated in some and it was super fun.

• Who introduced you here (mention him - if possible)?

If I ever need to credit someone for introducing me to this platform, it should be Google. Although it doesn't need any introduction, I mentioned it since you asked. 😊

• What's your channel topic?

My current fields of interest are Animal Rights & Veganism, Minimalism and Sustainability as a whole. But I ain’t too focused regarding any particular area, as my life has always been that of a free bird. So I can write about whatever catches me on at that hour. But I really haven’t started up yet. I’m probably still waiting for the right time.

• Your hobbies and interests?

Well, everything I do is either my hobby or my interest. I just talked about veganism, minimalism, sustainability and my craving for a crypto-start up. Aside that I love walking, spending time at Vipassana meditation retreats, traveling solo, learning while living, participating in adventurous activities, taking challenges at times and spending time with myself. I also like to read counter-views and express my views critically on some established notions.

And currently, I was experimenting with several bot-building softwares and platforms. I have just finished creating world's first veganizing bot veganizerbot and deployed it over Telegram and Skype. Now I'm working for doing the same on Messenger. I ain't a geek and know nothing about programming but I love doing such simple experiments at times. I'm still learning and improving this bot. I had also created a Hindi version of it with the name GaumataBot some time back.

• Your best and worst experiences here?

I got my hands on some crypto-currency for the first time in my life and that feeling of looking at my wallet filled with some crypto-currency itself is an unmatchable experience of my life. Beside that it’s so much fun spending time here, absorbing in-depth information on various subjects and interacting with a diverse community and even taking part in various on going activities. And all this earns me a lot of crypto too! What else one wants!

I don’t have much to share regarding worst experience but I found the capitalist hand into play here too. Anyone with deep pockets can either purchase a lot of SP or some whale votes and can use it against you for no fault of yours. And I’m helpless against their whims and fancies. However, I never got flagged by anyone so far but this is one of my worst nightmares when contributing here. Although most people are good here, I still feel helpless to safeguard myself from any goons here and I believe there are some for sure.

• Life after steemit?

Life was always awesome for me but Steemit has changed its course for better. Now, I feel that I’m someone from future. Since the time I discovered Steemit, it has occupied major chunk of my mind and the deeper I delve into it, the more interesting I find it. No doubt, I’m certainly in love with Steemit …an intense love affair which can’t be overcome!
