Winnie's Surveys #1: Falling in love?

Hi Everyone! I'm Winnie!

I'm a student of a Federal University in Nigeria. I'm inquisitive and I'm like all over myself asking some really random questions but I'm not all confident in my own thoughts so I decided to throw it out there. I put myself out there to know the opinions of others (youths) in my school.I'm sometimes utterly shy walking up to somebody and asking random questions but I just have to. People sometimes need one person or persons to listen to their opinions, some just want to be heard on one thing or the other, so I'm here to ask and listen. Feel welcomed to comment giving your opinion on the question for discussion.

So yesterday,setting out for lectures, I came across some individuals whom I asked this question and I'll be sharing some of their thoughts with you.

You can't actually conduct an oral survey or interview without having at some point give your own opinion about it; So here it goes:

Q: What is falling in LOVE?

My opinion: This is a state of being actually in love with an individual. It is a state because it just happens and not an everyday thing. It is not explained in clear terms and has no definite definition. Being in love is showing care or being utterly crazy in attraction to another individual whom you can trust, even with your life.

I was really marvelled by the reply of most of my respondents (to mention a few...)

Mr. Ben:" It centers on a deprivation of self-comfort for another person. Falling in love deals with concern for another individual through consistent behavior".

Miss Sadiat: " I have never fallen in love. What is there is i have never experienced it but i believe its like getting attached to someone, entrusting your emotions to someone with consistency. Finding someone to endure, to tell certain things-valuable things".

Miss Faith: "To fall in love means when you're with the right person. Understanding with each other expressing like to grow in love. Love to my understanding coming from the different types of love,this is like seeing the future with someone you are enthralled with. Its just being with the right person".

Mr. Justice: "You don't actually fall in love for its a wrong notion to do so or even phrase it to use. You actually grow in love and its having emotional attachment to somebody".

Mr. Emmanuel: "To really care about something. To attach importance to a certain object like my phone, you dare not touch her without permission".

The intent is not actually meaning to pry into personal affairs but to think right and know what youths or individuals think about it. You're not obligated to reply but it will be much appreciated.
