When you publish your active key or master password it takes no more than 3 seconds and your STEEM and SBD are irreversible lost.
Within 30 days you could have recovered the account and at least got your SP back. https://steemit.com/recover_account_step_1
You should take better care of your keys - especially your active key and master password.
My daughter awriter has lost her account and we tried many things with no joy . Please see if you can help.
