According to a national training survey, attitude was ranked above other factors, including aptitude, commitment, and communication. The survey also found that 60 percent of respondents ranked attitude as their number one priority in training. Many people face constant changes in their workplace, which can result in uncertainty, fear, and poor attitudes. Consequently, commitment to the job, and ultimately performance, can suffer.
