One Ice Cream Sandwich to Rule Them All!!!
Contrary to popular belief, not all ice cream sandwiches are created equal. There are store bought kind, some come in a plastic wrapper, some are frozen, some are too soft.
But very few are created on the spot from fresh vegan chocolate chip cookies, and Vegan Honeycomb ice cream. This is possibly the most LA dessert ever created. Let's be as fat as possible, but still respect our Vegan and Gluten Free brethren.
If you're ever in LA, I highly recommend checking out the ice cream sandwich from Van Leeuwens. Yes it's $8.50, but it's worth every vegan penny!
