I dare to say that bananas are the most popular fruit in the world right now. On their conquest to rule the world, bananas crossed many bridges and burned a few as well. Well, burned bridges are both real and metaphorical.

When I say the metaphorical burned bridge, I mean the poisoned land that is devastated due to the heavy use of pesticides and insecticides. By now we should know that you are what you eat. Food affects our brain and body in every possible way and banana a day is too little diversity. What happened to the good old apple a day?

You do know that there is more fruit you should eat more of, right?
