Seems to odd to me hearing the story told in this manner of "washing off radiation" I don't think it works that way. The version I learned many years ago was about I think japanese macaque monkeys? Anywho they were monkeys living on various islands spread out and one of them learned to wash sand off a potato and shortly after all the islands monkeys were doing so despite no communication. I knew that's what you name meant though :P And I agree that we are very close to that point where enough people have awoken that it's only a matter of short time before the snowball has enough momentum. Apocalypse afterall simply means time of unveiling.
