Who is to be blamed for eating the forbidden fruit in the garden of eden between Adam and Eve?

As for me the two of them should be blamed, but Adam should have the larger share of the blame.

They're both aware that the friut is forbidden. Adam could have rejected it when Eve gave it to him. Would he have put his hands inside the mouth of a crocodile if she told him to do so or even jump into a furnace? He is going to use his common sense, yea? He ought to have bluntly frowned at her like a husband would do to a wife that is disobedient to authorities.
