I Am A Clothes Maker: Share My Crochet Works With You In This Post 🏐 🏐
I've been sharing my cooking hobby for a while. Today I feel that I should tell people more about what I'm doing for living. You might know already that I'm a freelance translator but do you know that I also love crafting. As I wrote down on my page introduction, I am a clothes maker and I'm supporting organic farmers by using organic yarn, you might curious what kind of clothes I make.
I like to create something practical, something that I can really use, so my first choice is women clothes. And that is just because I can really wear them. I seriously started to crochet about 5 years ago and I've been continuing on until now. I don't know....It's just very enjoyable. It's a feeling of busy good. Everyday busy thinking of new projects or focusing on completing the current project and at the end you get some beautiful stuffs. I can't remember when did I stop shopping clothes 👘
Today I have some of my work photos to show you. I am, right now, busy with my new product line which will be available on my website soon.
I'll be grateful if you share your opinions as they help me a lot to improve my work.
Hope you enjoy them.
And the last photo here is my favorite organic hand spun cotton and it's also natural dyes 💚
If you are doing handmade stuffs, please say hi to me. I appreciate art works. I know how valuable they are to be handmade.
Cheers,

Thanks a lot @jhelbich
Beautiful work Wikawee. Inspiring, as I've just taken up the crochet hook again after many years. There is a little community centre around the corner here and every Tuesday women get together to knit, quilt or crochet and I started going just to meet some neighbours and be sociable. But that means actually doing a project!
Thanks @redbootsdancing The community sounds very empowering! And It's very nice to meet you here. Followed you! Looking forward to seeing your new awesome posts soon.
Thank you. I've gotten quite carried away with the Fox family :-)
Nice work, i know how hard it is to make such things but they look amazing.

nice work put them on sale on https://www.peerhub.com
Very interesting, thank you. I will try that!
What kind of plants you use in making your yarn? Do you like the natural dyes? Some people say that natural dyes even though slightly uneven are nicer on the eyes.
Yes, I agree with you. I find it is a lot healthier to use clothes made with organic materials -- also they look much nicer. Then I now only using organic grown cotton and hemp with natural dyes.
Awesome I'm pretty curious about hemp people say its nice. And avoiding the GMO cotton is always a good thing. I'm pro-GMO research but I don't think we understand it enough to use outside a lab except maybe for otherwise un-treatable diseases. I wanna have a go one day at 3d printing clothes using organic fibers and dyes.
Hemp is in a canabis sativa specie so it is very similar with canabis (drug). I think the only different is that hemp doesn't have a strong drug effect as the other. And yes, I love hemp. The texture from hemp is very strong and unique! I like your idea. I will follow you for that :)
