My lips without photoshop

If you think that it is result after plastic operacion? If you think that it is photoshop? You're not right:) It is work of my bee. One summer when I was in the village bee bite above my lips and after few hours my lips looked like that. So bee kissed me:D But after that kiss bee died:'( :'(
