This was wonderful to read. I always talk about the root cause of any personal dissatisfaction being fear and the importance of facing the fear but "going towards the fear" is even one step further than I hadn't considered. I guess I'll have to try that sometime.
@whatamidoing yes I totally hear you there. It almost seems odd at first... why would I CHOOSE to face things that are scary? And then the answer that becomes obvious is...because when you face them then they aren't scary anymore! That's where things get interesting ;-)
