This is already known, also bacterieas eat plastic - the only problem is: what happens to the enzymes and bacterias if they start to grow and grow after such delicuous and most of all endless food ? Will they finally eat anything else if there is no plastic left ?

The best idea would be not producing waste !! If you start with organism eating plastic you start a chain-reaction and you never know where it ends. Better stop plastic pollution by stopping production of it !!
