The Most Powerful Thing in Life

The realities of Life are to be lived and experienced, despite the ups and downs & the reoccurent desire to give up.

There's an ironic concept to life; for you to know and appreciate the light, you ought to have felt darkness around you. You can't tell joy if you have never felt sorrow, you can't tell love if you have never felt hatred from others or shown love yourself, you can't understand the importance of family if you disregard the one you've been blessed with, same goes for friendships & relationships.

Love is the greatest virtue any human being can ever possess or be given. It is what keeps people together and create families among strangers -the zenith spice to Life. But the most powerful thing in Life is "To Be Seen."

To have the knowledge that another human being/that a friend/a lover/a colleague/your boss has truly seen you, noticed your efforts at work, noticed your presence in their lives and has made an accomodating space for you. This is peace.

To know that someone understands you, receives you for who you really are, wants you, needs you; that is divine - pure humanity & grace.

It is not an easy task, being vulnerable and finding people who would get into the depth of you, hold up your broken parts and give their best shot at kintsugi with it and patiently knit you back together or hold every pieces of you, like each represents your soul - Now, that's something anybody can give so much, to have.

Love can be the catalyst of acceptance but it is only the first stage of acceptance. It is however, something that would keep you from running when the monsters turns into a legion. You can love a person/be loved and still not be seen. There's truly a powerful force behind being seen, understood and accepted.
