Es importante tener conocimiento de todo esto para uso personal si el nivel de depresión no es alto y para que notemos que sí alguién cercano lo padece le sirvamos de apoyo, por que si fuese mi caso personal una depresión crónica ni yo misma lo notaría, y por ende no podría salir de ella, tal cual un pez en el agua, no nota su existencia si quiera, a menos que este empezando la condición. La depresión es un trastorno y se necesita ayuda profesional, así cómo se necesita un oncólogo para ayudar con el cáncer, creo que cuando una persona esta en un cuadro crónico de depresión poner en práctica todo esto, es cómo decirle a un intubado en la UCI que respire por sí sólo, por no practicar esto cuando nos esta empezando es que se dan tantos suicidios.
