Being Too Lazy To Blog? Please Don’t or Otherwise…
Do you happen to blog regularly?
Do you always feel like you have to post something today and the next day and that you are bothered when you didn’t manage to post yesterday?
Do you do content planning a week or a month before posting articles or images or hybrid posts on your blog?
I congratulate you for having that attitude towards blogging. It shows that you are really a passionate blogger and that you take blogging professionally.
But not all bloggers are like that.
Mind you and yes, I am honest about this. There came a point in my blogging period that I was too lazy to post something.

While other bloggers have to go there and find new subjects just so they can create a post for the blogs, in my case, I already have the subjects but I didn’t mind to post something.
If you are like this, then you sure take blogging as a hobby and not a career.
Lately, I have realized how important blogging is.
Surely, I realized it before about the relevance of regular posting on my blogs. But now, the importance of regular posting is so immense that I could fathom how dreadful I am as a blogger, not posting regularly on my blog while I announce to the whole world I am a blogger.

Locally and even nationally, I am regarded a blogger.
Although I haven’t managed to grab major award yet as a blogger, I helped organize a blogging award for bloggers. I am looking forward to covet a blogging award so I can really be a self-fulfilled blogger. But that aspiration wouldn’t be materialized if my attitude about blog posting is as rotten as a couch potato.
Well, I liken this attitude in blogging to a couch potato because of the reason that I constantly watch the events unfolding but I didn’t do something to announce them. Just like a coach potato, I attended events or witnessed exclusive invites but I didn’t manage to inform others about the event. A couch potato is only there to watch and not minding others.
Being lazy too blog is not recommendable. Because if you go on this point, then I suggest you should not go into blogging.
But why I still am a blogger?
My know-how in blogging landed me many opportunities. I have been working on taking off a start-up project. I have to obtain enough funds to water me up for the operation. For now, I am still working on the documentation to plan things out. But slowly, I am getting a few clients.
However, my situation should not be an excuse to put myself in hiatus in blogging.
I see blogging and becoming a blogger as a window of opportunity for me. It has opened many opportunities for me. Not grabbing those opportunities would make me stupid.

To blog is something that I do and that I have to do for the reason but it can be good business if you take it seriously.
Making money from blogging is entirely possible. You can make money from blogging online and offline. And that is another topic to discuss.
But I guess the motivation to make money from blogging is what other people see as a reason they venture into blogging. But then when they think that it’s too hard for them or that it would take time for them to earn, then I suggest that they start realizing that blogging is about contents and having not enough contents would render your blog useless or less relevant in the blogosphere.
I have been blogging on and off and I can relate to your post! We need to have topics, inspiration, and other interests to make a content and yes, one good deal with it is earning. Thanks for sharing!
My first line month in Steemit I did not take it seriously. It was like other blogs that I kept. Mostly used as a virtual diary.
I only took it seriously about 2 months ago when i saw its potential.
I admit sometimes I can't write posts but I try to post at least one.
Muleng sir @wdoutjah! Nice post sir. I can relate. I wasn’t confident enough to post something even my pictures because we all have different views or opinion and the way we look at the photo right? But I learned from someone, if people give comments (negative or positive) , take it, accept it because they can see something in you that could make you improve (your skills and ao on). Years ago, when someone commented on my photo and gave negative feedback, I felt disappointed to my self. But you cant improve if you wont take those things, it can help you really. And thank you for giving advice sir to my photos and commenting positively. Hahahhaha 🤗 this will help me. I am just a camera owner but I could learn.
Thank you.
Nice post you have! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
Oh how I can relate to this. I am not so much a procrastinator as don't have enough time. I've been struggling to prioritize my writing but this year is the year I am focused on doing that. Nice post.
This is pretty well said mate!
I identify myself with being pissed about not being able to blog. Yesterday my keyboard got broken and I didnt post an article... I was very sad that my record of a post everyday was broken. :(
See you around!
Cheers
