My roadtrip to Bosnia and Herzegovina - Velika Kladuša
Hello fellow steemians,
Yesterday I went on a quick 250km roadtrip just 10min over the border of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Went to Velika Kladuša but the weather wasn't on my side, wanted to go check out the castle but it was rainy in the evening but still managed to take few shots when I went for a walk on a hill. Started my way with twisted Slovenian roads, crossing border with Croatia and went to Zagreb where I joined on highway and went South for about 80 kilometers and was left with about 60 kilometers of back roads to Bosnia and Herzegovina border and a 10 minute drive to Velika Kladuša.
Stopped for a cup of coffee before crossing Bosnia and Herzegovina border and a 3 hour drive, started early in the morning with luckly barely any trafic.

Found a bunker on my way back to the car, a sad reminder of history on these lands.

Yes it is, sadly the weather wasn't on my side yesterday. You can always go on an adventure, all you need is will to go and an idea where you want to go :) Thanks for stopping by
