I deal with anxiety on a daily basis. I call it anxiety, but it may be a weird case of vertigo. Ever since I jumped out of a plane on a skydive it has followed me. Since that day, I have trouble driving fast, flying, some heights. It can be quite limiting because I don't want to travel far or fast.
Wow that's crazy, I couldn't dream of doing that. What steps have you taken to help with your anxiety?
I went to two different psychologists and didn't find value. I meditate, exercise, yoga. I quit caffeine. I push myself to overcome my fear of speed and highways, yet I haven't broken thru in a meaningful way.
