Getting back to it!

Hi everyone!

Since having a baby I’ve made it a goal to look after my body. My body gave me the biggest gift I could have possibly imagined and I was in awe of what it was capable of. Since 4 months after I had River I’ve been slowly getting back to a routine of going to the gym. It’s also so nice to get that time to myself! I felt guilty saying that initially but realised that if I’m in a better mood and state then I am a better mother to River so it’s important to look after myself too. It’s something I still have to remind myself though! Chris has always loved cycling and since I’m back at the gym I’m really enjoying it too. We’ve said that once he starts nursery we are going to try and go out together so I am so excited to that: atm it’s just about staying healthy !
