Grandparents Have All The Power

Father: Hey son, give me the cookie. You have had enough.

Son: G'ma (Grandma) Said it was ok, so back up pops!

Father: I'm your father and I said so!

Son: But if she is your mommy you have to listen to her. Right?

Father: Yes, but the problem is grandmas listen to grandchildren.

Son: Problem? What problem? Hey G'ma, you see a problem?

I have the most well behaved kid ever. He is the "does his homework on the bus" type of kid, but when my mother comes around he is a totally different person. I have to admit my son's logic is sound here. I couldn't even argue, so he ended up having several more cookies. Grandparents spoil all the hard work!
