Russel Brand reviews mental health after Sinead O'Connor posts a troubling video to her facebook page about her struggle

I'm a big fan of Sinead O'Conner and she really has been gifted with a beautiful voice and has released songs that will live on forever and it is so upsetting to see such a gifted person deal with such horrible mental health issues. As a person who suffers from mental health issues myself i definitely understand where she is coming from. There is so much stigma attached to mental health. You cannot call in sick to work because you are feeling depressed one day. You cannot miss your exam because you are trembling with anxiety and can barely walk as you have a panic attack. Mental health is a real thing that needs to be addressed. More people are committing suicide and it is because of the lack of resources in my opinion. I personally suffer from depression and it took me 8 months to get in to see a psychiatrist to get on proper medications. Some people cannot wait 8 months because their mental health is so hard and living seems impossible.
