How to Chill 🐵 Monkey style... (Original photos and thoughts)
Get that 'Top of the world' feeling back!
Steps for relaxing are simple. There is a lot of 'expert' advice available on the subject ( sometimes, along with a hefty price tag!). However, before you try that, try these 3 simple things. You owe it to yourself to try and reduce stress - Stress can substantially affect your health and well being. It is necessary to relax to restore the quality and joy of life.
Following steps have helped me a lot personally.
The first step in chilling out is sitting back, relaxing and thinking whether you are showing following signs of stress:
All you do and think about is work, non-stop.
You can not even remember the last time you had a good laugh
Constant body aches and tension in muscles - neck aches, back aches, and general soreness
Irritable feeling - small things upset you
Waking up feeling less rested
Relaxing takes some effort. Setting aside a specific time of the day for some deliberate snooze or just laying back. Taking a short break helps immensely to feel refreshed. Lay down during your break as much as possible.
Like minded buddies, preferably NOT from your sphere of work, will help you relax. They bring in some fresh views. Their funny stories from life and work will not reminded of your work and you can enjoy them. Shared activities will definitely help you enjoy them more. Age, Sex or social status of your buddies is not important. Ability to hang out and compatibility with you is what matters.
Experience the unconditional love that your family members or loved ones give you. This is one of the best known morale boosters. A feeling of strength will flow through your veins and you will feel ready to take on the world.
Finally - Remember:
No Stress
Do your Best
Forget the Rest

Yes I agree with this 100% and surround yourself with positive people :)
Great Photos also of the cheeky monkeys
Thank you so much for your appreciation. Good point about surrounding yourself with positive people. That is true for us humans though. I have rarely seen negative behavior in animals. They hunt and kill but all that is for survival.
Monkeys know how to relax.
Monkeys definitely do know how to relax. Sometimes when they sit calmly, I almost wonder if they are meditating :)
Thanks for taking the time to visit my blogs.
Great post and really great monkeys to hang out with @vm2904. You can see some of my creations if you want @vinaypsychic.

Great post and great photos! Reminds me of the monkeys we got to hang with while we stayed in Costa Rica. :)
Followed.
Thank you so much. It is a great honor for a newbie like me that a Senior Steemian and blogger like you chose to follow my blogs. I will always bring quality content and my original photos. That is a promise.
I know it's hard getting started in the beginning. I remember a year ago how exciting it was to get a meaningful upvote or a follow from someone I respect. It's a bit surreal to think, after a year, I'm now on the other side of that interaction. :)
I look forward to your great content. Hopefully it won't get lost in the noise.
Thank you. Those are heartening words. As for getting lost in noise - I am afraid it happens. A bit too often. I therefore, try to remind in a tasteful way of visiting my blogs. A re-steem from prominent personalities helps once in a while but that is mostly luck. Anyway - I will keep at it and follow my passion. I am sure I will keep making progress if I put in efforts.
Yes you will make much progress here @vm2904
full steem ahead!
Thank you so much for your encouraging words. They mean a lot to me.
You are welcome @vm2904
Monkey see. I want to do; chill as they do
Yes. We must all learn to Chill !
This post is so cute! I love your photography and your tips! Those monkeys are so sweet! I'm guilty of the stress related symptoms sometimes too! I need to cut back at times. Thanks for the great post.
Thank you for your wonderful comment; I am happy that you liked the blog. We all do face stressful situations sometimes but as long as we recognize stress and control it, we do alright.
