Gluten Free Bread whit my home made Peanut Butter

Peanuts are the seeds of the arachis hypogaea plant, native to South America.
Commonly included in the nuts category, peanuts actually belong to legumes.

Rich in vegetable proteins, like all legumes, they have a high content of mono and unsaturated fat, good fats, oleic acid and linoleic acid.
They contain B vitamins, in particular B12, vitamin B3 and vitamin B6, and vitamin E.
The minerals contained in the peanuts are manganese, magnesium and iron, the weight being equal. Finally, peanuts contain folate and some amino acids.

A bit of history…
It is believed that peanut butter was invented by the ancient Inca peoples. The original peanut butter, however, presented some compositional and structural differences compared to the more modern one: it was enriched with cocoa and was less spreadable and more granular.

What is Peanut Butter?
Peanut butter is obtained from shelled and washed peanut seeds, roasted at high temperatures and ground until a dense, oily paste is obtained.
Like other vegetables obtained from vegetable seeds, the thick part of peanut butter, made up of fibers, tends to separate from the oily part. This particular aspect is a guarantee that no emulsifiers or oils of other origin have been added to peanut butter: separation is a natural consequence of grinding peanut seeds.

Peanut butter has some benefits: highly energizing allows you to integrate vitamins and amino acids into vegetarian and, above all, vegan.
It is a naturally caloric and cholesterol-free natural tonic. It contributes to the balance of HDL / LDL cholesterol (good / bad cholesterol) and therefore to the good health of the cardiovascular system.
The folate content makes peanut butter a natural antioxidant: a moderate use of peanut butter can counteract cellular aging.

How to make your home made Peanut Butter

Ingredients
2 cups of peanuts
1 pinc of salt
...that's it!

Roast 2 cups of peanuts in a preheated oven at 160 ° Celsius (320 F) for 5-10 minutes.
Once ready, take them out of the oven and transfer them in a bowl to let them cool completely.
When they are very cold, pour them into the mixer and let the mixer go until a creamy and homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Once ready, you can store it in an airtight jar and you can taste your peanut butter immediately spread on bread...
Enjoy
