CHANGE
Life is like season,it will change.We can not change the life,so it is better to change ourselves.Changing does not mean that we should ourselves wholely,we can change simple bad habits or negative thoughts.With every little change we will become more wiser and mentally strong.

Things we can change are such as:
Job:Job is the most worrying factor of our life.If we don't enjoy our job then we need to change it because if we do not enjoy our job then we won't be able to be successfull .We should do that kind of job which we enjoy.
Think positive:We all think a lot now a days ,most of the thinking are negative.Negative thinking increases stress ,we should think positively.Positive thinking creates a magic in our life.
People:There are some people who will always try to drag us down.We should avoid those kind of people.
Routine:It is better to follow routine,but sometimes we feel bored following the same routine.So when we feel bored we should make some change in our regular routine.
Addiction:Addiction in anything needs to be changed.We can addited to alcohol,social media,television etc.So if we are addicted to this kind of thing then it is high time to change.
Looks changing:It sometimes best to change your outer outlook.A new haircut,or some new clothes can change you totally.
Socialization:We are now became very socialized with people through social media,but it is better to be socialize with people in person .
Treat:We treat others but we should give treat ourselves as well.
Life is a gift,enjoy it to the fullest.
