Some days / nights my ears ring.
Have to deal with Tinnitus sometimes so am not round as much.
Some days I am not around or posting as much. This is partially because of dealing with Tinnitus or ringing in the ears. Many times I may just take a break and drop everything. Sometimes for a whole day! This can interfere with sleep which can be exhausting. Am pretty good about balancing out energy and using other sounds to help as best I can. Plus many times just take it easy. So that I can mostly relax.
Not entirely sure where this will lead me me in life and be in my life. Hope to minimize this ear ringing and/or things I have to do in life so as to best protect my health, well being, and sanity.
I manage well overall as people see me all over the place sometimes. Happy to help people out when I am able. However there are times when I am also not around as / so much. Wanted to take a moment to explain some.
Some times I am just busy with other things of course as many of us are.

I understand cause I get this, is why I'm up right now actually.....you ever try binaural beats? Sometimes that stops it for me and youtube has tons of really good ones, hope you find some relief
Yes I've been using binaural beats since before this even. It won't stop it for me because my ringing problem is more a problem in my brain than my ears. It does help balance out the unbalanced stimulation the brain though.
Since getting Meningitis over a year ago I seem to have some new challenges in life.
Sorry, ughhhhh, was researching about Gingko BIloba easing some of it but who knows, suppose anything is worth a try....ear candles, it gets old hearing that damned pitch and asking others if they hear it
Yes I have used ginkgo biloba and dozens of other herbs to help in my recovery and health. :)
this is a problems that afect even the ancient greeks. You should check your arterial presion and discart an acustic neurynoma. In case that you cand find anything (or your doctor) you have Idiopatic Tinnitus.
